MMA FITNESS
MMA FITNESS- Mixed Martial Arts Strength & Conditioning Training is suitable for all levels. It is however an intensive fitness class that will see you being pushed to the limits with differing exercises and drills. This class may involve circuit training, interval sprints, tyre flipping and other related exercises to build your core strength.

What to bring: Bottle of water, towel, shorts & t shirt, and joggers

CHICK FIT MMA (LADIES ONLY)
This is Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for the ladies. That's right a class dedicated to ladies only.

We don't care what your weight is - (We won't even ask)
We don't care what you like to eat - (It does not matter)

Impact MMA's Chick Fit will see you boxing, kicking, plyometrics, body weight exercises and working up a sweat. Come in and punch away the daily stress on some focus mitts with like minded girls. Bring a friend, have a laugh and work hard.

LADIES ONLY
 
MMA STRIKING
MMA STRIKING-  Training for all levels. This 1 hour class takes you through striking techniques, punching, kicking pads, fitness. It is a great class suited to all levels of skill for both men and women.

What to bring: Bottle of water, towel, shorts & t shirt, mouth guard, groin guard, joggers

OPEN TO ALL - Beginner to advance
MMA GRAPPLING/WRESTLING
MMA GRAPPLING/WRESTLING- This is a one hour class. This 1 hour class takes you through grappling/wrestling techniques,.  This class consists of Greco wrestling, Free style wrestling and Submission ground grappling /wrestling.

What to bring: Bottle of water, towel, shorts & t shirt, mouth guard, groin guard, joggers
OPEN TO ALL - Beginner to advance

MMA DRILLS
MMA DRILLS - Mixed Martial Arts Training drills and techniques.  This is a one hour class. It is more suited to students who have trained in the grappling and fitness classes.
OPEN TO ALL - intermediate to advance


MMA PRIVATES
MMA PRIVATES - Private lessons are available outside of the normal class times for small groups or individuals wishing to gain some more intensive exposure and attention. In these lessons you will work with two coaches on anything you are specifically after or need.
